ABOUT
EXPERIENCE THE BENEFITS OF PSYCHOLOGY AND SELF-DETERMINATION
Dr Maude Guilmette
Clinical - Organizational - and Sports psychology
I studied what helps people feel happy, accomplished, and live a balanced life during periods of transition and adjustment. My methods aim to implement these findings to help improve people’s sense of well being by helping individuals foster personal agency, positive self-esteem, and meaningful connections with others. Focusing on the things people do best to help them go through emotional discomfort and make additional gains, this approach can help you perform better emotionally, socially, professionally and/or athletically, depending on your goals.
